Celebrate Give Something Away Day with TSPA Holland 💙

Clearing out your closet is a great way to refresh your home, but it can also make a massive difference in the lives of people right here in our community. This month, National Give Something Away Day falls on July 15th. To celebrate, The Salon Professional Academy Holland is hosting a community clothing drive. We are setting up collection bins in our main lobby so our students, staff, and salon guests can easily donate to three incredible local organizations.

We will have the donation boxes ready in the lobby from July 13th through July 15th. If you have gently used or brand-new clothing items that you no longer need, we would love for you to drop them off during your next visit!

Who Your Clothing Donations Will Benefit

We wanted to ensure that our community efforts support local neighbors of all ages and backgrounds. Your dropped-off clothing items will go directly to three specific organizations doing vital work in our area:

Kids’ Clothing: All children’s items will benefit MOSAIC, which operates a dedicated clothing closet specifically for kids entering or navigating the foster care system.
Women’s Clothing: All women’s apparel will be delivered to Resilience, a local domestic violence resource center providing crucial emergency shelter and support services.
Men’s Clothing: All men’s apparel will go directly to Lifeline Ministries, an organization actively supporting and providing resources to the houseless community in our area.

How to Participate

Getting involved is incredibly simple. Look through your dressers and closets at home for clean, wearable items that deserve a second home. The next time you come into TSPA Holland for an appointment or a class between July 13th and July 15th, just drop your bundles off in the lobby bins.
